Works great! I recommend getting it!

The only thing missing on this app is rather than seeing 90 days show 3 months. Or 1100 days see 3 years 5 days.

Added my dates and it worked for two days. Now the widget will not count down!

It used to rotate with the orientation of the phone, but that feature has been disabled.

WTH is going on? Every time there’s an update lately I have to recreate my events. This is frustrating.

I thought this app was the white whale I have been looking for since iPhone introduced widgets. Alas, the widget doesn’t automatically update every day and sometimes not even after you open the app. If this was fixed it would be perfect!

I’ve used this App for...idk years! It’s not extravagant but clean and simple and too the point. Showing you a count down to an event with a picture. I like that it always works and isn’t clunky. Rating should be higher!

I’ve used this app for a couple years now and have loved it from day one! Recently I noticed an issue with the widget not updating on my iPhone 12 mini. I contacted the developer and immediately got an email from Terry. I was able to explain to him what has going on and they responded back the same day. Genuine people who truly value the end user. I love this app and am amazed with the app developer! Keep up the great work!!!

The update I really want - Nice widgets. I have used Big Day Lite and Big Day for a long time. Never disappointed and always satisfied. Worth to be 5 stars.

I absolutely adore this app. That said the only thing I would improve on is number one in the app itself when you schedule an event give people the option to do it reoccurring. Either daily, weekly, monthly, yearly what have you. It’s kind of annoying every time an event passes to have to fix the year. The second thing I would do is allow people on the widget to choose the next upcoming event or to choose from a specific event. It would make this app perfect. And above and beyond any of the other countdown apps.

This is a great visual calendar that lets you know how far away upcoming events are. My wish fo future versions: 1) allow more than 20 events; and 2) allow you to save / recycle images used as backgrounds in the app; 3) easy way to duplicate an event; 4) smaller bands in list mode so you can see more events. Thanks!!

I’ve been using the app for several years, and it’s almost perfect. I wish it had a more compact viewing option so I could see 4 or more events on a single screen (I can only seen 3.5 before it cuts off).

I love the app, but i wish it had the option to have (days / months / years) that i can choose from.

I like having something to keep track of the semesters, and the personalization (and lack of ads!) is my favorite thing about this app. Really great!

This is very simple but great app. I want to use this app on my iPad with full screen. Please consider supporting iPad ratio.

i love this app. it is perfect for me to look back on incredible memories. i got it back when i was a 14 year old in high school, and it is so much fun to look back at age 20 and see all the things i did. great app.

I was intrigued by the idea. The software works but is very basic. Here are some ideas that would help make the application more useful: 1. Integration with calendars Eliminate duplicate entry for big days already in calendar 2. Ability to search internet for pics and add them without having to leave the app (very cumbersome) 3. Archive - place in the app to go back and see the big days that you have had, searchable and ordered by date. Currently the Big Day stays in the rotation showing you how many days since...not useful. I want to see when my next big day is. To remove it from the rotation, I must manually edit or delete my past big day

There’s no widget. Very misleading description in the App Store. The only reason I bought the app is because the developer claimed to have a widget.

I am super happy with this app! It's awesome because it lets you choose any date in the future. You just have to know the exact date and it will count down. You can also chose a background from your photos or keep the default one. You can also use emojis which is awesome cause not all apps let you use them. The app lets you know when everyday you put on there is coming. Like a birthday, holiday, or vacation. Great app! Keep up the great work. I highly request it!! 😃😃😃😃

On every new iPhone I get, this is one of the first apps I download. It’s a countdown app, nothing more, nothing less. I’ve used this app since 2014 and it’s never disappointed me.

I really like this app. It gives you the freedom to customize, and the interface is simple and user friendly. The only thing that could make it better is if the dates could be ordered in two different categories. Like the days past would be behind the days coming up, instead of just purely ordered by number.the categories should be separated. But that’s the only thing, I think everything else is great.

Very nice interface where you can choose whatever picture you want. Interface is pretty easy to use after you figure it out. I use it to track big events and for incentives and it works really well for that. I really wish it had an extension for the Apple Watch though.

I've used this app for years & i love it since I go to soo many events like conventions & conerts. Although i found out there is a limit to how many events you can have. I hate this. I dont want to delete my past events because they are like memories in my phone saying how long ago i did this. So idk. Not happy about this.. especially because i need to add 3 more events, but cant.

I have been using this app for a few years now and I absolutely love it! The addition of the widget is so great, but I wish you could choose which countdown to show on the widget if you have more than one. Also, I wish you could choose weather your events were sorted oldest to newest or vice versa. I'm hoping that these things will be added eventually. I really do love this app and I hope it sticks around for a very long time. :)

I've never written a review about an app but I saw the little amount of reviews this app has and I was shocked! This is my favorite app because I keep about 4 big days in my phone so that I can not only plan my life a little better but it reminds me that I have a lot to look forward too. Right now I have a countdown till Christmas, my birthday, and my high school graduation! If I could give this app 6 stars, I would! :)

What can I say? I don't like this app at all! The one I had before was the best one I ever had but the developers never updated it and it would slow down or even cause my iPhone to crash. Sadly I had to delete the app. This one isn't for me.

I love this app but recently, the widget option has disappeared. This was my favorite feature because I didn't have to go to the app all the time to see how far my events were. BRING THE WIDGET FEATURE BACK, PLEASE!!!!!

Have been using it for a long time now,like to countdown to vacation,birthdays and special events works great!!!!

App is easy and great but they need to add hours, minutes and seconds! It's more fun for conversation when you can quote your retirement time to the second!!!

What can I say? I love countdowns!! I NEVER leave reviews but this I will take the time to do! This app has allowed my children and I to keep track of their Dad/my husband's return from deployment! We love that we can check it every morning and see his picture along with the time remaining! We use it to count down to events or how long since something happened and it is just a great way to relive memories of times gone by or look forward to coming events! I tell all of my friends about it when they ask what I use and will continue to do so! Thanks, Big Day!!

All my trips have been there for years in this app through one update after the next changing many phones and then suddenly all gone. Very disappointed in this app.

I love this app, it's simple and stray to the point. I only wish it would have the iCloud Sync feature. That would make everything a lot easier.

This app is really nice for counting down!! I love how it has a reminder/alarm you can set for the day before to remind you. I have been using this app for a long time!! I recommend this app 100%. It's great.

This app would be perfect if it put events in the order by date. Sometimes events come up that I add in, but then it's all out of order. Is this going to get fixed? Other than that, pretty good app.

I had the free app for about 2 years but finally decided to get the full version. It's great! I'm always looking forward to something and this app helps a lot. I love it so much! I just wish there was a more recent update because the font seems a little out dated and could just be refreshed! Thanks!

So easy to use.

It’s great for counting down to an important event in your life. Add a picture to your countdown date (like a picture of your destination if you’re counting down to a vacation) and you’re good to go. Very fun app to have.

Countdown will no longer post to Facebook. Error appears. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app which hasn't made a difference. Please fix this issue.
